Africa Fashion Reception An event in Paris presented some emerging designers from Africa..
‘African Fashion Reception’, a very interesting event both from the social and the creative point of view, showcased in Paris the creations of numerous designers coming from 25 African countries. The event included an presentation, during which the public could see first-hand the items, followed by a runway show featuring the most significant pieces by each designer. The connection of the western with the African cultures was very interesting, visible for instance in the classic western accessories revisited through typical African colors and patterns.
